Rayfield has been West Coast Regional Project Manager at Ferguson Waterworks for the last three years. While continuing to be the West Coast Regional Project Manager, he is also excited to embrace his new role as Lead Project Manager and brings his knowledge, experience and design-build understanding to help further grow his team.
Yuki Seda-Kane, LEED BD+C, ENV SP, Assoc. DBIA
Yuki Seda-Kane is an architect with 17 years of experience, the last 3 years has been working at the public agency, Sound Transit, to manage and coordinate the design of light rail stations using the Design-Build delivery method for a rapidly expanding rail system in the Puget Sound region. She is passionate about creating projects that are neighborhood landmarks that resonate with the regional culture and its and stakeholders. By interfacing with the public and city planners, coordinating with artists, engineers and contractors, Yuki blends the functional requirements of the station with the local character of a place.

James Ball, PE, PMP, DBIA
James is a construction industry executive with over 20 years of experience constructing Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects throughout the East Coast. He has experience in Design-Build, Construction Management at Risk, and Design-Bid-Build all heavily focused on Self-Performance. He currently works for the industry leading MWH Constructors as an Operations Manager. He is proud to now be recognized as a Designated Design-Build Professional by the Design-Build Institute of America.
Donald Rosenbarger, PE, Assoc. DBIA
Don Rosenbarger is a Professional Engineer with 41 years of extensive and varied experience in heavy and highway construction, 27 of which include asphalt paving. He has served in numerous roles throughout his career, including estimating, frontline supervisor, project management, and senior management.
