In his 10 years of project involvement, he has served in numerous roles including project engineering, project management, and quality control. The majority of his design-build projects have been focused on the High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) shielding construction and upgrades of critical Department of Defense (DOD) assets including several ballistic radar weapons systems.

Marjorie serves as a member of Washington State’s Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and possesses high-profile design-build building experience for clients such as the University of Washington, major healthcare provider Swedish Medical Center, State of Washington, and the City of Portland.

Stan Chiu is a Vice President with HGA Architects and Engineers. He is a collaborative leader, an architect motivated to assemble and direct high-performance teams to serve fundamental human needs. He is a leader in Lean Design and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and has helped develop such core Lean IPD tools as Target Value Design and Set-Based Design. Stan has lectured at national conferences and authored numerous articles on architecture, healthcare delivery, and Lean Design.
