Jeff Childress, Assoc. DBIA
Jeffry Childress is a Business Development specialist with over 25 years’ experience in Industrial Automation. Jeff’s focus has been in the water and wastewater industries for the past 16 years. As Regional Sales Manager for Tesco Controls Inc., Jeff strives to educate Water and Wastewater End-users on the significant benefits of using Alternative Delivery Project methods vs. the standard Design-Bid-Build approach. Additionally, Jeff works to develop teaming pursuits with the General Contractor and Consultants for Alternative Delivery capital projects.
William Fletcher, PE, Assoc. DBIA
Will Fletcher is a Senior Fire Protection Engineer and Supervisor at the San Diego Jensen Hughes office. His experience includes code analysis, smoke control design and testing, automatic fire sprinkler system design and testing, high-piled storage evaluation, hazardous material consulting, due diligence surveys, and wildland-urban interface consulting. Will also participates in the recruitment and mentorship of students from the FPE MS program at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. When his two-year-old isn’t keeping him busy with activities like swimming or trampoline parks or trips to Legoland, the Zoo, or the beach he enjoys snowboarding and golfing.
Frank Franco, AIA, NCARB, DBIA
Frank has more than 35 years of extensive design and construction experience. At The LiRo Group, Frank is an executive-level manager overseeing parks, healthcare and cultural projects. He has received the 2014 and 2018 Engineering News-Record Regional and Global Project of the Year award, and is a six-time winner of the NY/NJ Construction Management Association of America Project of the Year award (2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2018). He is a New York State Registered Architect, member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the National Council of Architects Registration Board.
Matt Shroyer, Assoc. DBIA
Matt loves watching a project grow from a hole in the ground to a structure that is both useful and beautiful. A natural problem solver, he is driven by a “thinking on your feet” mentality and enjoys the fast pace of the construction industry. Matt especially enjoys working on projects for schools and seeing the excitement and appreciation from the community. During his free time, Matt loves surfing on the Oregon Coast, snowboarding on Mt. Hood and simply enjoying the outdoors with his wife and kids.
Tim Moore, PE, PMP, DBIA
Tim Moore serves as the Operations Manager for the Norfolk, Virginia, office of Tetra Tech where he brings more than 20 years of experience in utilities and infrastructure team operations. His experience encompasses the management of daily utility and infrastructure operations. Dr. Moore administered the program management, preliminary assessment, design and construction of multi-organization water and sanitation projects in the developing regions of Uganda, Haiti, Bolivia, El Salvador and Guatemala. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Moore served as a professor of civil and environmental engineering at Virginia Military Institute, where he earned several teaching awards including the highest teaching honor in the state of Virginia, the State Council for Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV) Outstanding Faculty Award.
Sean Gellhaus, PE, DBIA
Sean Gellhaus serves as a National Contracting Manager with HNTB Corporation. He draws from his significant leadership experience in large traditional and design-build project delivery and owner advisement roles as he supports project teams in obtaining fair and reasonable contract terms, managing project change, and mitigating claims exposure on the firm’s most complex and risky projects. He thoroughly enjoys the design-build delivery method and looks forward to continuing his promotion of and influence on the use of design-build best practices, within the overall industry and with owner, developer, contractor, and designer partners on future projects.
