Brian is the Vice President and East Area Manager of Parsons Construction, a division of Parsons Corporation, a fully-integrated engineering, construction, and technology solutions firm. He has almost 40 years of experience in heavy civil engineering and construction with an emphasis on roadway, bridge, aviation, and rail projects. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Adebayo Amusat received his Bachelor and Master degrees in mechanical engineering from 2 top Universities in Nigeria—Ibadan and Lagos. His major specialization in Design & Production opened him up to project, engineering and consultancy services for over 25 years. He is presently a project manager with Bestime International Limited, HK, China, in the on-going construction of 1450MW Ajebandele Ipaye open cycle power plant

Frank Gonzalez is a Business Development Manager for a leading systems integrator in the Municipal Water/Wastewater Industry – Revere Control Systems. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has a B.S. degree in Management Science.

Tyson Rosser has worked in the transportation engineering industry for 25 years working for a variety of clients including state and federal DOTs and local municipalities. He has served as a design manager and engineer on multiple design-build projects and pursuits and brings a technical knowledge of roads and bridges to projects. Rosser currently serves as a Director of Transportation Engineering working in VHB’s Mid-Atlantic Virginia Beach office.

He enjoys discussing and participating in industry events that promote the collaborative environment of the design-build delivery system.
Arthur Antoine, Assoc. DBIA
Dr. Arthur Antoine has worked for multinational engineering consultancies, tasked with civil engineering and project management duties for various projects. Currently, he serves as a Senior Project Manager with the consultancy, Shrewsberry. His research interests are in the areas of procurement and, project delivery, in particular, alternative contracting methods.
