Join us May 8-10, 2018, at Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Pocono Manor, PA, for the 6th Annual DBIA Liberty Conference. The Liberty conference is taking place in conjunction with the PA AWWA Annual Conference. Attendees will have the opportunity to take a 3-day DBIA Certification Workshop that includes 3 of the 4 courses required for certification; Principles of Design-Build Project Delivery; Post-Award Design-Build, and Design-Build Contracts and Risk Management. The PA AWWA Annual Conference and the DB/A Liberty Design Build Conference run concurrently, and registration is through PA AWWA for both conferences.
